Hello,
Just wondering if anyone else here has a tendency to get stuck in "loops"?
Sometimes if something is worrying me, is just on my mind in a less pressing way, I can go around in circles with it without noticing -- and normally it takes someone else to point out to me that I've been going around in circles for the last <insert-duration-here> to make me realise (which I then can).
I had sort of put this down to the difficulties with organising or structuring (which can be associated with dyspraxia). The loops seem to happen mostly when there isn't an "answer" to what I am thinking about, or a natural resolution. I'd really like to work out a way of managing them though, and maybe be able to stop them myself!

Hi K and a v warm welcome
It's a perpetual question and often the answer for one individual may be of limited or much less value to someone else even if the situation on the face of it might seem comparable. That said, this way of thinking can still potentially yield positive results as if you thoroughly think about something from lots of/all angles it may enable you to find workable solutions.
