This is something I get moaned at a lot for, I often finish my food before anyone else usually to the point that the other people in the room have a lot still left on their plate while my plate is empty because I have already eaten it all. Anyone got any ideas on how I can slow down while eating because I don't particularly like being moaned at about it all the time

One of my friends suggested I might be part labrador!
If you've previously been unnecessarily hurried in doing other things this could become an unwanted trait at meal times. Presumably those you eat with talk between bites? If conversation topics have typically been against you that might explain a bolt it down and get the hell out approach?

Eating too quickly can really affect digestion and leave you feeling bloated. Slowing down and paying attention to your meals helps a lot. Even when grabbing food on the go, checking options like chopchop meny pris makes it easier to choose something satisfying without rushing.
