When you get pulled to the side and get advised to explore the likelihood of your being dyspraxic at over 60years of age, you get confused at first. In particular, when your first line of action is a referral to your physician (GP in England), and you get bounced back to your university for support.
This jolted me to review my trajectory since the age of six or thereabouts. I started a journey of discovery and have since then researched many types of neurodivergence.

Join me on this journey, which started 10 years ago, has taken a new turn, and has taken off, reaching unprecedented heights.
Come together as we do here to make another clarion call for our overlooked situation.

Hi Omojesu

Welcome.

Too often physicians don't have the referral route so they point people at their college or employers Occupational Health. While Neurodevelopmental it isn't degenerative so often clinicians don't consider it a priority, forgetting that the person presenting needs confirmation that they are not just lazy and/or stupid.
