Dealing with neurotypical peoples expectations!

Hey group,
Been feeling a bit down recently! I have been in a job where my employers have been extremely high standards! They basically expect near perfection always getting into work on time, being on all pieces of work and completely in a timely fashion.
Although my manager is lovely she is very neurotypical and I find her growing tired of my well dyspraxic ways!!
Any guidance and advice on dealing with individuals who are very neurotypical and have standards and expectations which are difficult to meet as someone with dyspraxia!
