Difficulty to understand the finer points of dyspraxia

Post by ALADDIN »

I have adult diagnoses of dyspraxia, ADHD and Autistic traits without any support.

I have low self esteem regarding dyspraxia.

I do not normally fall .
I had an incident, making me think I do not formally understand dyspraxia, the coping mechanisms do not always work.

I became sad .

Does having ADHD, make it harder to understand the subtleties of dyspraxia or is just me ?

To my mind it very often defies rational explanation as there can be, and often are, a lot of contradictions. Add in the effects of and emotional impact of living as a neurodivergent person in a Neurotypical world and us it any wonder that some days it's hard or impossible to make sense of what is going on and how we can make sense of those things and other peoples reactions.

With a foot full of bullets I tried to run faster but I just hobbled on to the next disaster.
