The future

Hi, My name is grace I’m a 23 year old dyspraxia sufferer, I am now at an age where a lot of my friends and other family members my age, are looking toward the future for myself it just feels like a very daunting concept has anyone else experienced this? Kind regards Grace

Hi Grace and welcome. Glad you've found us.

I definitely struggled back when I was in my early 20s and didn't know about understand that I had dyspraxia so was massively hard on myself. I just felt I was stupid and useless. It's been a long road but I found my niche eventually, not without putting myself through a lot of suffering. Being careful about how and who you compare yourself to, is so important. You do have qualities and it can take a while to see and appreciate these.

I can assure you that probably absolutely everyone of us has or is indeed worried about what the future will hold.
Afraid I dropped and broke the crystal ball we had here, a long time ago. The Corona Virus Pandemic is making it all seem a lot bleaker and more uncertain right now.
