hey everyone thought i would start a topic where you can talk about your favourite meals when you go on holiday. for me it is a toss up between spaghetti carbonara and sofrito when i go to corfu

Spaghetti Carbonara is such a disappointment in this country. I was so surprised when I went to Italy and realised just how yummy it actually is. I guess that's being more 'authentic' for you.
Hopefully not making too many moot points... heh... *ahem*

Ew. Still, I don't mind a little bit of parmesan. But yeah, the after-taste is icky. >_<
I'm struggling to think of other holiday foods at the moment. I'm quite fussy with food, so when I'm abroad I'm often not hugely adventurous.

i dont mind parmesan so long as i cant taste the after taste too much otherwise it makes me gag like an idiot
