hope so too yesterday was pretty rough, would have been our anniversary and the first day of a holiday we were going to go on worked it instead.
9th july to the 28th september, one of the happiest times in my life over so suddenly and not in the best of ways.

had a bit of a revelation today and realised its not necessarily her i miss, but rather actually being in a relationship i miss if you see what i mean, probably means im starting to let her go at least or something. it was her loss anyway, she was the one who ended and didnt want to give it a another chance if i can find love once i can find it again !

I am sorry that the relationship did not go as planned.

However, I would like to compliment you on the stout hearted way in which you are dealing with this harsh set back.

Nevertheless, don't be surprised if it takes you a while to get over it completely. And of course, please feel free to rant if you do get a few dark moments.

yeah its a bit up and down at the moment but i'm slowly getting there, the fact she hasn't contacted me hurts but it is slowly making it easier for me for me let go and move on, just sucks the way it ended seemed so sudden. also sucks a week before she broke with me i finally lost my virginity, glad it happened felty right at the time just sucks it ended soon after the next level of the relationship began so to speak

That's the right attitude there!

hopefully wont take as long this time and you never know what the future might bring though i still wonder if i will hear from her again, might send her a friendly message at the end of the month and check up on her maybe, just to see if she is okay.

I do not consider myself experienced enough in romantic relationships to be able to offer you any useful suggestions.

However, I have been recently checking some online relationships advice articles and some of their advice might be pertinent to your situation. They suggest that it's best to wait for at least one month before contacting the dumpee (for want of better words) should contact the dumper in order avoid coming across as clingy. So it is good that you're disciplining yourself in this way.

One further thing I should say to you is that you have probably done better than many of the people in this site in that you have been able to have a relationship at all. It would appear that many of us dyspraxics have no luck at all with romance (I know that feeling all too well). So at least you have something to pat yourself on the back for.

i look at it now and just consider it an experience, a worthwhile one and just one step in a journey. i am now able to get rid of some of my old relationship baggage which is good and yeah was thinking a month would be just right. if i were to be honest i would admit i still have feelings for her and would be open to talking it out but realistically not expect that to happen, one last shot i think and then i can let it go and move on.

Decided i will contact her next week at the end of the month, i'm not expecting anything to be honest but must give it one last shot and will give me closure and help me move on.

how did contacting her go

sadly it didnt, she didnt return my messages, and i saw her in town yesterday she saw me and avoided me took the long way around rather than going near me so yeah its over.

Her loss and perhaps a guilty conscience. You deserve better, though I know and appreciate you're wishing it had worked out differently at present.

sure do just was so great only for it to end in such a way, such a major part of my life and now gone never mind i guess, you live you learn.
