hi,

im new here.

when I was young around 6-7 I was diagnosed with dyspraxia I had a short attention span poor concentration trouble writing and generally unorganised and clumsy and little coordination I had speech lessons and did various tests to improve my coordination and practiced my writing. im 24 years old now and my handwriting is still terrible but I mostly type things now anyway ive always had problems with my attention span and concentration and its starting to effect my work life now more then ever i have a dull but stable job currently im really having problems concentrating and my manager and few other the other higher ups are starting to notice ive worked for the company for around 5 and half years now but since i was 19 each year or 6 months will have performance reviews mine are generally bad always about my concentration and attention span i had a review today and it wasn't was good she moaned about how was always day dreaming and never paying attention to customers etc...
despite me saying i know i have a poor attention span but i cant help that anyway she kept telling me it was serious and that i need to pay more attention apparently she thinks im shy and to scared to inter act with customers and that i seem distracted and inconsistent around customers. is there any vitamins or something I could take to maybe improve concentration or something so she gets of my back and quitting moaning before I loose my temper,

I think around 40% of people with dyspraxia have Attention Defecit (Hyperactive) Disorder. Omega 3 is supposed to help people with dyspraxia, dyslexia, AD(H)D.
