Dyspraxic Adults

Hello all,

my dad told me tonight that I was diagnosed with dyspraxia when I was younger, I never knew this but I can see so many traits in me that makes sence as I'm slow, have poor co-ordination, struggle with communication, can't really do more than 3 tasks at a time or I get confused, I'm quite clumsy also. I would say you deserved to know as if you are now an adult growing up with dyspraxia may have been hard. I only found out myself but I had always questioned why I could never ride a bike or why I was bad at sport, or why I kept falling over/slipping. I guess people just thought I fitted into the category know as "clumsyness". Anyway my advice to do is to read up about dyspraxia and perhaps see about getting tested for dyxlecia as well as some of the things you described are traits of it.
