Strangely, I'm actually pretty good at spelling. It doesn't follow that all my English abilities are great, but for some reason spelling works with me (though I wouldn't go as far as amazing - if I'm not overly familiar with a long word I might not instinctively know).

Most dyspraxics are apparently to some extent also dyslexic (like me I can spell to save my life

), im guessing this will affect any language but celtic languages are supposed to be some of the hardest to learn.
English is relativly inflectioanlly simple compared to a lot of other languages and most of its morphographic (I think thats the correct word

) rules are fairly constant.
I know this is'nt the case for Welsh (my nan tried to teach me some when I was little and I failed epically ) and I'm guessing since Irish is another form celtic it may be the same.
Look at this way though you are offically bi-lingual thats not bad I can only just about get by in english
