Hi again and really sorry to see your anxiety is plaguing you again!

Is this revalidation of your previous First Aid qualification? (Was looking at your prev posts). Are you doing recertification with same trainers/organisation?. Don't be afraid to tell them you anticipate difficulties have concerns about some aspects and need time and patience.

Have you spoken to your manager or anyone about your anxiety, especially around assessment of the practical aspects? Also please remember there is no shame in failing. Sometimes we learn more by getting things wrong and having to repeat them.

Hi again

Since you've spent money on this as a paying customer what would the organisation or trainer gain from being like this or allowing other delegates on the course to bully you?

Please remember that it is in the training company's interests for you to enjoy and to find the course to be of value. They are unlikely to be like the stupid and lazy people who have mocked you for what you cannot help

Please seek help for your anxiety

You're welcome.

Having experienced trauma our brains can become overactive in imagining worst case scenarios in an effort to protect ourselves from any possible further threat/pain. This can unfortunately scare us away from too many of the things we want or need to do.

Please remember that not everyone is there to watch you fail or take delight in that. I absolutely appreciate that the fear that they might is still very real. You have every right to expect people to treat you with kindness and respect.

Do you have any friends family or colleagues who you can talk to for reassurance?
