Argh!

Post by ComicBookFan »

Hi guys,

Does anyone else ever have days where your head feels overloaded that all you want to do is either scream or cry or both but there isn't necessarily a reason?

Today is one of those days!

Yes definitely. Finally got round to replacing bulb for light in oven only to turn it on trip circuit breaker and blow bulb. That was really minor but really far more stressing than it should be. Generally there are things I could get done but thinking too much about how it won't ever work/wiĺl be an utter pain I don't want to face right now!

With a foot full of bullets I tried to run faster but I just hobbled on to the next disaster.

I usually have a reason. It may not be a reasonable reason, but it's a reason. I have them quite often.

I was having one of those myself yesterday. We'd run out of breakfast foods, so I ended up eating far less that I needed in the morning, and of course it just went downhill from there. Then I caught myself having a go at people online, got up, and went to find anything else to eat to even me out.

I sorta balanced the day out after that, and spent the evening watching movies with my girlfriend, which helped a lot to lower my stress levels. But it was a really shite morning.
