My name is jake. I got dumped by my ex. 4 month s ago . basically for been clumsy and been dyspraxic. Any advice. Its really knocked my self esteem and confidence im scared of dating now and getting dumped again for been dyspraxic any advice.

Sorry for it not being in better circumstances.

Completely understandable that you feel shaken by this. Don't feel that it is all down to you. She made her decision and whilst this reason seems at best petty you can't easily change her mind for her. and you may actually be better off without her in the long run though I doubt it feels that way.

Thanks for the advice but its not that bad to the extent where I need psychological help. Any advice on getting back out there

Yeah, ur right, I think she had undiagnosed ocd as she stated one reason was I couldnt the bbq while camping

Sorry you had to go through this!
This girl seems like a bit of a knob if you don't mind me saying lol.

Honestly man try not to feel down and un confident, because one day you will find someone that loves you no matter what your flaws or "quirks" are! :)

I'm no dating expert! But just try to be yourself. :-)

yep, sometimes it feels like im playing life in hard mode :( my ex completely cut me off and was a sudden break up and i havent heard from her since, still hurts to be honest.

I think we all know that feeling too well here.

We see others who take self esteem, confidence and relationships for utter granted, and think 'why can't I have that?'

But if we're honest, anyone and everyone has problems of their own. Absolutely everyone has a sob story of their own.
