Want to get things off my chest

Post by Lotsofsounds »

Hello everybody,

How are you all? :)
;) To flirt is to do something useful. Hope I didn't take that phrase by mistake!

Anyway,

I get DAYS where I FEEL TERRIBLE and quite frankly everybody, even loved ones can just leave me alone in a dark room for three days.

I often feel lately that I just want to get away from people and this concerns me at times because my forum friends...

I HAVE a JOB (sorry for the capitals lol) anyway pals, I have a job and friends and I will lose all of those things. Because often I just feel that if I don't grip on hard enough. I'll spin out of control :( 8-[

In the future, I'd like to have start a family of my own, hold down a job and not depress the life out of everyone!

To tell the truth, as I am in a BAD, BAD MOOD...it pains me to even do anything right now.
Although, in two days time. I may feel PRETTY damn GREAT

I am 21 years old and I am still growing up my pals! That is true, wouldn't you agree?

Thank you for reading this and remember you are not alone and I am here :)

All the best to you,

Owen

Hi Owen

Welcome to our community and sorry to hear you're struggling at present. Feel free to vent on here as many of us have encountered similar times currently or in the past. It is also worth speaking to your GP and other people as what you are feeling is not unique by any means though it can feel like that with every one else seemingly going about their daily lives with apparent ease.

Try to identify what is causing you pain/difficulty and what you can realistically change. If stuff is beyond your control look at it's place in the grand scheme of things and maybe it might not seem as bad. Appreciate my response won't answer everything but I hope it helps in some small measure.
