Placing a Diagnosis

Ok, I see alot of people in various groups saying that they or someone has varying levels of Dyspraaxia, for this topic I willl use the Mild Moderate Severe scale, but how you work out where you are placed on this scale, for example I know that for alot I am on the 1%ile so only one person in 100 of my age range would be worse than me, this alone sounds quite bad, but if you stats then 10 of the guys would have dysrpaxia so moving this using the stats that would mean I have 0.1%ile ... in Dyspraaxic terms where is this placement on the prementioned graph, how is it worked out ... looking to make it easier to explain it all to friends and family without having to explain %ile's to them specially my ex who doesnt speak english very well (shes Greek)
