Is it safe to quit a healthcare job and expect to be hired somewhere else during this economic crisis? Such healthcare jobs like nurses, techs, aids, clerks, billing, coding. I am disliking my job and the people I work with and want to look for a better job but I don't know if its a good time to quit and try to find another job with this economy. How will I know if I can get another job once I quit? Some advise please.

Re: healthcare
I think it's a bold step which carries a greater deal of risk given the economic situation. I'm not sure what thee healthcare sector is like. How easy is it to find good jobs?
Is there any way you can speak to your managers about how they and you could the best out of yourself?
Can you continue working where you are whilst looking for a job elsewhere and then resign once you're formally offered a better job?
The Royal College of Nursing produced a guide to helping healthcare staff with Dyspraxia which might be useful
