I'm dyslexic and dyspraxic and have known for ages and have dealt with it fine! I have recently been trying to loose weight and have been seeing a personal trainer. The loosing weight part is fine, the problem is that is has become apparent that i'm slightly lopsided when i do alot of the excersises. In the way that one side is stonger and more balanced than the other side.
For example when I do a squat my left side is more balanced and i tend to stand up leading with that side, I can feel it in my feet and you can see it (my personal trainer pointed it out). Is this part of my dyspraxia or dyslexia, or should, like my PT suggested it, go see a doctor?
Its slightly worring because I don't know where ts come from! Its amazing how much of my dyspraxia I don't understand, I've always just dealt with it and ignored it. So in someways I'm hoping its not my dyspraxia and its something else that can be fixed!
Any advise or links (i've got the dyspraxia foundation one and will ring the help line on monday) would be great!
