Depression and mood

Post by BecaLindley »

Is anyone else kind of depressed about been dyspraxic?

I am dyspraxic and dyslexic. As well as probably having mild autism (undiagnosed).

It just gets me down. Sick of been tired, of working so hard. Of taking so long to learn things. Of my sensory issues. The list goes on

Please tell me someone else gets this

Hello beca , I have the same problem as you do , I find it so hard to concentrate and it’s depressing when you struggle to learn new things and can’t get to grips with it , i suck with timing too , with work they tell me i need to work faster but in my head , I feel like im doing everything on time lol it’s frustrating

It definitely does have a tendency to get us down as all too often, despite our best efforts, we can very much feel like we have the reverse Midas touch!

With a foot full of bullets I tried to run faster but I just hobbled on to the next disaster.
