In the title question, do you mean

Of those who consider themselves Dyspraxic, how many have formal confirmation?

How can you have a diagnosis of dyspraxia undiagnosed?
Do you mean in terms of Dyspraxia not being identified during childhood?

How many are not told about their Dyspraxia by teachers/parents?
How do you tell or explain dyspraxia to a young person in an accessible and acceptable way?

It's difficult to answer. Have you asked DF?

How many have a realisation but cannot get formal confirmation?

How many have it mentioned in or on clinical or educational notes but it was only a theory and/or it was never adequately explained to them?

Personally I'm not overly happy with 'diagnosis'.
