deliberate voice
In my records, my GP saw me, aged 8. A sentence said I spoke in a "deliberate voice", is that dyspraxia ?

You would needed to have askrd the GP concerned at the time.
I would be inclined to say it is not necessarily indicative either way. Some dyspraxics tend to be quite hesitant in voice and may stumble over their words.
That said we can be demonstative and in such cases that could be described as deliberate. i.e. we could sound certain about what we were saying. Validity and appropriateness of content is not necessarily the same thing.
