Short term memory

I have never been diagnosed with dyspraxia but I do notice that I have some of the symptoms especially when I am stressed. The worst for me is short term memory and planning what I want to say especially in front of many people. Sometimes I say the wrong word like a similar sounding word instead of the word I wanted to say. Is this all part of dyspraxia? I have anxiety so maybe it's some anxiety too. Also what part of the brain is affected in dyspraxia? I read in some websites it is motor neurons but if it is motor neurons, why is my short term memory, concentration and planning of what I am going to say affected?
