Let me introduce myself. My name is Phil and I live in a little village called Rishton in East Lancashire. I was diagnosed with Dyspraxia a couple of years ago. Having this limits the sort of jobs I can do. I often get depressed and frustrated not being able to do the simples things like drive a car for example. I'm lucky because I have very supportive partner who understands me.
Hi Phil. I'm glad that you have a supportive partner. Re. driving a car, have you thought about learning to drive in an automatic? It might make it a bit easier. Regardless of what kind of car someone with dyspraxia learns to drive in, the most important thing is to have an instructor who is patient and understanding. If you do have lessons at some point, don't feel guilty about ditching an instructor who shouts (or is patronising, like my first instructor was).
