Hi I am a Professional Solution-Focused Coach Practitioner providing specialist support for adults 16+ with dyspraxia (developmental coordination disorder) using applied drama and positive psychology methods. I'll be running this fantastic series of coaching workshops for dyspraxic adults 16+ using forum theatre every Thursday at 7:30pm UK time on zoom continuing from 15-22nd April on the topic of “Red Flags in Personal Relationships”.

Here we will explore features of positive relationships vs unhealthy relationships, what red flags are, the common types & red flag contents and the reason they are important to experience future positive relationships, and help you find new ways to respond to these to thrive! This series will explore the topic of red flags holistically than strictly within romantic relationship setting, from dating, established relationships, friends, work and more!

This series of workshops can help you increase your awareness of these challenges to find solutions, practice challenging conversations using improvised scenarios, enable you to assert/express your needs and maintain boundaries to expand your confidence & life skills the future workshops and can be booked for only £5-£15 suggested donations per person with a pay what you can afford policy within this scale on to accommodate different circumstances to confirm your place.
