I guess everyone can be like this at times but having read about it appears people with dyspraxia have worse people skills than most so we can get frustrated with people and take it out on them i had a an instance the other day where i lost control and im dissapointed in myself but life goes on

I feel paranoid about a lot and often over exagerate things making myself anxious struggle to switch off from things better to keep active i guess and try and stay positive but its not as easy as it sounds

I have had bouts of insomnia aswell i find if i spend a day sitting about not doing much i can have problems sleeping that night also if i have a lot of thoughts running around in my i have noticed if i drink more water and keep hydrated it seems to help to sleep and i have improved a lot in the las...

I just think there needs to be a lot more awareness of it in adulthood i have only found out i had it in the last year im 28 i kind of suspected it before but visiting my doctor put me off the scent they didnt seem to really know what it was and were putting it down to other things then when i went ...

I am good at finding work but seem to struggle to keep onto a job for long i have had a couple of jobs for about 2 years or more but i have moved around a lot im 28 been working for about 7 years now i think a big part of my problems has been in relating to people which have made things difficult.

I can definetly relate to this mate and im 28 year old still lacking confidence in relating to certain people i just seem lost for words and i cant think what to say to them i definetly feel theres a barrier in place which hinders me getting close to women aswell i dont know what can be done to help
