In my records, my GP saw me, aged 8. A sentence said I spoke in a "deliberate voice", is that dyspraxia ?

I have a high IQ, I am good with words. I have a great vocabulary. I can tell great jokes. Is that a positive trait of dyspraxia ?

It could be a trait of ADHD.

determined, compassionate, empathy, creative, empathatic, good sense of humour, exceptionally
motivated, exceptionally determined, new ways of problem solving
