I would echo speak to GP about increased walking difficulties, anxiety only if you can not pin point the cause...... anxiety tends to in my experience exacerbate dyspraxic symptoms.

Using deep pressure or heavy work could help .....you may like to look up sensoryintegration I often feel like this loos are great places to calm down also I like to stretch s resistance exercise band round my shoulders

Hi there from professional studies of dyspraxia, you can have dyspraxia nd ne good at a familiar task because that task does not involve new movement, it may be if you were asked to play a different sort o guitar that may be more difficult... Not totally sure, do you know if you crawled? and how much help did you need to learn to ride bike etc.? My daughter is probably dyspraxic but walked early however, she did not crawl and only learned to ride a bicycle with me moving her legs to give her the idea. What about learning to steer te bicy...
