Re: Rubiks cubes and BBC's 'The Apprentice'
I ended up cheating when doing it, it was such a mental challenge even when I was the one that mixed up all the colours!! so all the colours were pealling off, so I helped them a little more!!

Re: DLA
As far as DLA goes, then it is only those already getting it will continue to for the next few years. but new claiments will automatically have to claim PIP.
as for DLA then I am on it for myself, as for the Dyspraxic side being really bad, and other things ontop.

the only way to change your username is to create a new account, and let the Mods know so we can put your user name into the list for deleting.

even if the door has got a sign, I still find I do the opposite to the sign, so it is possible.

Re: You know you're dyspraxic when
teacake, there is a 15 mile danger zone around the table when I play pool, so don't panic!! as had one lad leaning over the table and pointing where to hit the ball, he was other side of the table, somehow I managed to pot both him, and the ball I was aiming for!! my personal best fluke so far is 1 ...

Hi Jade, welcome to the Forum, I think you discribbed about 90% of us that have had the diagnosis for the first time here in your intro. I know having the confirmation in my hand at the age of 30 was a relief, but kind of felt it was also too little, and too late when I was diagnosed at the age of 1...

Re: touch
Hi Jade, yes I have problems with over sensitivity, but not too bad as long as I know that it is about to happen, so like someone touch me from behind will almost be met by my fist. whereas things like hugging, and I can see it, then it isn't as bad, as I am prepared and ready and waiting for it. so...

Re: Tickling
I personally do hate it, nearly as much as my grandfather used to dig his fingures in behind my knee caps all the time, and also done it to my cousin, and pretty sure that is why we got no fluid behind our knee caps now. as my knee caps always lock up, and click constantly on everyday tasks like wal...

Re: Hi, im Michael
I still have that problem now AlleyCat, but I found one good way around it, my parents have been saving small change for years, so I usually give it to them £10 at a time once every 2 weeks. and got into a habbit of taking all change out of my pockets daily. and then just use the pound coins before ...

Re: dyspraxia cant stick to a game
Hi Mys, yes there are people like you that have problems, my problem being more like a digital camera compared to an analog camera, my brain takes like still images at certain points very slowly, so lucky if I hit a ball in rounders, catch a ball, or even kick a ball the number of times I have lande...

Re: Hello!
I was looking into the dore programme around the time, but at over £2,000 and that is not to mention staying somewhere over night, and travelling expenses, then I decided not to. as I got greater plans for that kind of money if I had it. as I am not sure, and they don't give a really clear indicatio...
