"why aren't there more famous dyspraxic people topping the leader boards in these trades?" Which trades are these? Dyspraxia isn't a particularly well understood or well known disorder, so there are possibly many successful people who have dyspraxia, but are not aware of it/don't make it p...

No sense of direction.

Although it took me a fair while to learn, these days I luckily have little trouble with driving itself. Despite this I am still scared of new journeys and on Monday I worked out why. I went out to meet a friend a bit away having looked it up on a map, but went a bit wrong (as the map wasn't detaile...

Do you cope ok on the PGCE in general? I'm thinking of doing one next year and am wondering if my social and organisational skills are up to keeping control of such a large group of children. I've been woking with smaller groups of children with special needs so far and that hasn't gone too badly.

I often have debates with my friend, on subjects such as morals and religion. Recently she told me that she found me hard to argue with, as although I come up with highly logical points, I come up with them in ways she can't fathom. Perhaps that's the same kind of thing.

That's exactly the same as me Steph, my sight-reading is appauling, but after I've heard a piece I can play it no trouble (apart from really modern atonal stuff). Don't give up though, music is great and sightreading can improve a bit. Do you think the lack of sight-reading ability has anything to d...

I'm not sure it's related, but you never know! I have perfect pitch, but am pretty art blind (I don't really appreciate art unless it looks like it could be a photograph)! I suppose people just have natural tendencies towards different skills.

I take it you mean vegetables as opposed to vegetarians! I'm not sure we'd be such a great texture either mind you.

I'm a pain to cook for, as I only eat raw vegetables and hate them cooked.

Sounds like a sensible stance and one I'd take myself if there weren't other people involved! You're right about some people finding it hard to separate beliefs and common sense. To me common sense, decency and family are all that matter, it's a shame when they clash! I know that I would not want to...

Religion doesn't really move with the times I'm afraid, so it's not so simple! Personally I'm agnostic, but my family are not and nor is my boyfriend (different religions). So it's down to a choice between them and him. Boy am I sick of it, I wish they'd stop caring about what I do so much! Looking ...

Here's a new category for you Dan, I'm in a relationship with a wonderful guy that we are sadly going to have to end in a couple of months due to religious differences and family ties! Grrr! :-({|=
