I have tried. It doesn't come naturally and I find the breathing exercises difficult.

If I get angry I can feel angry for weeks or months sometimes. It's a difficult emotion to handle. I'm not got at dealing with it.

Re: Relationships

I haven't had a relationship since I was 19 and I'm 35 now. I remember I sometimes found having a relationship exhausting! Also I don't like physical contact so relationships are difficult for me.

Re: Has anyone else stuggled with debt?

Always worry about this now have my own flat. My support workers say I should pay all my bills by direct debit. My parents say paying by direct debit could mean I have problems if I overspend and can't afford to pay my direct debits. It's so hard to know what to do for the best.

Re: Dyspraxia and bowel/toilet problems

I think it is related to Dyspraxia and co-ordination difficulties. I think I have IBS but dyspraxia doesn't help as I also struggle with wiping. And I suffer with constipation and it doesn't seem to be related to my diet.
