Re: Learning to drive

Hi buddy, I hope you found a patient and understanding driving instructor eventually. After almost two years of driving lessons with the same instructor, whom gave me plenty of support and understanding and patience, and had lots of faith in me, I passed my test first time round three years ago now....

Re: Should I stay at Uni or should I go?

Hi Germz I'm sorry that you were given a wrong diagnosis’, at least on the positive side you have been accurately diagnosed recently, it's better than getting the accurate diagnoses’ much later on in life or never. Also I'm sorry to hear about how you're feeling with uni and the situation it has put...

Re: writing about living with dyspraxia for general audience

Hey Screengreen I absolutely agree with Nicky, your idea of writing a novel with one of the main characters being dyspraxic sounds very interesting and absolutely perfect. It'll definately make a change in people's lives who are also dyspraxic but too other other people as well to help them understa...

Re: Learning to Drive

I thought I would share my own experience on this particular topic as I know it is a very big thing for Dyspraxic adults. I started driving lessons exactly a couple years ago when I was 19, I thought I would never get through it because while you're driving you've got to use all your concentration, ...

Re: Hey guys, a intro about me

Thank you so very much for the welcome Screengreen and for your advice about me looking into health care professions and your opinion about how great I would be becoming a Occupational Therapist, I really appreciate it. I looked more into the job, despite the work does involve helping a variety of p...

Re: Swallowing Tablets.

When I was a child and in my early teens, I couldnt swallow tablets at all and had to use dissolvable tablets which was absolutely horrible and I so didnt like it. I just couldnt make sense of it as its apparently a very easy thing to do in other people's eyes, especially as I didnt know at that tim...
