Sounds like you need to find a really good gym. Somewhere like a good bodybuilding gym where they can guide and teach you. Good luck with it. Its fun.

Try joining Rosemary Conley exercise classes. lots of people of all different shapes and sizes and abilities lots who are uncorodinated and you kind of slot in and fit in right from the start. Its not just at home that i am messy. My desk at work is like a war zone. I have tried to keep it tidy but figure its not possible. I am forever trying to keep the house tidy and some day's I'm really good but generally I find house work really daunting. Oh, to have a cleaner, wouldn't that be bliss...

I ended up with heaps of presents I had bought and forgot about so some folk got lots and others I needed to rush out and get, but hey ho. Next year I plan on being organised...yeah, right! We'll see.
