Re: 4 year rut :(

The act of letting go is not an easy one it has to be practiced, not holding grudges, letting go of the past and moving on, etc.
it helps to sit quietly and just repeat in your mind "let go, let go, let go" do this daily and let yourself relax and it may help.

Re: Making small talk

some people srtuggle to get into the rythym of a conversation and end up feeling like they are being ignored (which is usally not the case) learning to play an istrument can help with a better sense of rythym and thoose skills can transfer to other areas of life, and also give you some confidence.

Re: have i passed dyspraxia to my son?

lets try not to see dyspraxia, dylexia as a problem, and more of a gift. We have to learn to see things differently to keep up with others in school and work, struggle with sports and condidence, but when we manage to overcome these hardships we are more open minded, capable of extrodonary thinking ...

Re: Do any other Dyspraxics get mistaken for Gay?

Looking past the gay topic, I think in many ways being Dyspraxic makes it harder to attract a partner. If you look at nature the stronger animals attract more mating partners because healthier specimens are more likely to produce healthy offspring and so it's very much Darwin's evolutionary theory ...
