Dyspraxic Adults

i have hypermobility too have a tendancy to put joints out of place too althought as ive got older i seem to have stiffened up as it were .Does anyone konw if reading a map id related to dyspraxia as i cant do that ewither no sense of direction at all

i get migraines too often when i stressed / have eaten the wrong foods or have overslept .I try to keep regular sleeping hours often this helps
