Studying at university

Im currently studying Engineering geology and geotechnics, in my 3rd year. My whole life revolves around studying. I wake up work for 2hours, attend lectures if I have any, if I haven't I usually spend my days at home. My main aim is to be productive if Iam at home, this usually involves making sure...

Re: Has anybody used an anti-depressant?

Re: Social situations

I have always learned not to expect people to be perfect like that you will not feel so let down when they let you down. Expect people to not to be upfront about stuff, expect them to lie to you sometimes, expect them to let you down once in a while. Experience has taught me to allow myself and othe...

Re: Social situations

Re: Religion

I used to be a Jehovahs Witness. From experience it felt really good to be part of that community and if the world was perfect those are the people i would like to be surrounded with. Unfortunately the world isnt perfect, and I felt I was restricted from expanding my knowledge about this life so muc...

Re: Any single dyspraxic peeps!!!

In 1945 an atomic bomb was dropped in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Therefore nagasaki999 seemed a much more appealing username as a reminder of what man can do to destroy man. On a much more positive note its also a reminder of an ambition of mine :) to visit the place. Bizzare. If I were you I'd go dur...

Re: citalopram?

years ago i was prescribed this drug. Although i had not been diagnosed with dyspraxia at the time, it gave me side effects such as tiredness and yawning constantly. In the end i stopped taking them and dealt with the depression in other ways. Up to this day i get days when i feel crap but then it i...
