Hi. I’m leaving for Turkey in 3 weeks a trip that took me a long time to plan because… organizing anything is still a challenge, even with all the tools I’ve put in place since my diagnosis. Where I’m running into a bit of a snag is with connectivity once I’m there. I’ve read that getting an eSIM for Turkey is the simplest solution rather than trying to find a physical SIM card at the airport, but simple is relative depending on the person. In practice, activation involves QR codes and menus you have to navigate quickly sometimes in an English interface… all those little things that can quickly become stressful when you struggle with multi-step procedures. Have any of you already gone through this? Did you run into any issues, or was it actually less complicated than you expected? I’d love to hear all your experiences.

If you want to use your phone and data like you're at home I believe an eSim is likely the best/most cost effective way to go. Worth double checking your current phone OS is compatible.
