Hello everyone, my name is Leo. I stumbled upon this forum somewhat by chance while looking for stories from adults who were diagnosed late in life… because that’s exactly my situation I was diagnosed just a few months ago, at almost 34 years old. For years, I chalked up my difficulties to a lack of concentration or organization, without really understanding why certain everyday tasks required an effort that no one around me seemed to have to make. What interests me most here is everything related to practical strategies for the workplace, because that’s where things are the most challenging for me right now. I also hope to share what I’ve learned on my own, even though I’m still just getting started. I look forward to hearing from you.

Welcome to your Tribe. I too only discovered/learned about my Dyspraxicness in my 30s. Before then I was unfairly hard on myself for not meeting the exacting standards I too often required of myself and failed to sustain.
