I have dyspraxia and struggle with all kinds of digital devices—phones, tablets, TVs, computers—I’m hopeless at using them. I think it’s partly due to my short-term memory issues, because I can’t remember the steps needed to do things. I often get lost and can’t recall where I’ve been or what I’ve just done on a computer. Technology actually makes me anxious, and I feel overwhelmed when asked to do tasks that others seem to find easy. I even had a hard time figuring out how to use this forum.
Does anyone else experience something similar? Sometimes I feel like I was born in the wrong century…
Does anyone else find technology difficult?

Hi Adam
Welcome to the Forum which itself can feel illogical In the way it works.
So often IT is counterintuitive and or can seem to do strange things of it's own accord.
Anxiety and/or overwhelm also tend to badly effect our human memory so it's very much a vicious circle
