Dyspraxia + diabetes

Hi everyone, and greetings from Germany! I'm not the best at introductions.
I’m a 47-year-old mother of two—a 19-year-old daughter and a 15-year-old son. My son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 13, and just last month, he was also diagnosed with dyspraxia. I’ve spoken with an expert to understand dyspraxia better, but I was hoping to find online communities for support and connection. I’m not sure if there are other parents in a similar situation, but I thought I’d give it a try.
Managing his diabetes is already a constant challenge. His blood sugar fluctuates throughout the day, and he doesn’t seem too concerned about his eating habits or the importance of taking insulin when his blood sugar is high. Now, with the addition of dyspraxia, things feel even more complex. Are there any other parents here with children who have both diabetes and dyspraxia?
