Is not having any social life a common thing with dyspraxia?

Hi Welcome

t can definitely be a contributing factor among others.

We might have been or still are subject to bullying that affects self-esteem.
Being unable to drive but living in an area with poor public transport can heighten such feelings

You can
reach out to other dyspraxics/neurodivergent folk who will hopefully have an understanding and be a bit more accepting
Try to be more patient with and kind to yurself and keep people who are unkind/impatient at arms length -counselling may be helpful or necessary to help process feelings about past trauma

Join our monthly Zoom call (next planned for 11 Sep.
