Hi i am new just diagnosed last week

In order to help people could you tell us a little about where you're from (just general e.g town/city/county/region or country) if you prefer) and a little more about how you came to be assessed and the route you took.
Getting diagnosis/formal confirmation is something of a barrier for many so this info could potentially prove invaluable in assisting somebody else visiting the forum.
