Dyspraxia emotional dysregulation facial expressions

If a person with dyspraxia is tired, can they have difficulties regulating emotions, changing facial expressions. I can have difficulties regulating my emotions due to my ADHD.
People can think it is presented as autism,but it could be due to dyspraxia and / or ADHD.

Tiredness, stress and anxiety can all contribute to making things more difficult.
Sometimes we'll try to manage that by attempting to adhere. Often dyspraxia/ADHD likes to conspire against us.

Dyspraxia is not related to emotional control.
It is not a catch-all - it's specific to physical control and movement.

While the testing and criteria focus significantly on fine and gross motor control a lot of dyspraxics struggle with organisation and execution of daily tasks.
The anxiety we feel through comparing ourselves/being compared and being told/telling ourselves we're stupid and/or need to work harder certainly impacts on executive function.
