Does anyone else struggle if their environment is cluttered? I'm finding it harder and harder to cope with stuff and have to tidy up and declutter constantly. Wondering if it's a reflection of trying to keep my brain clutter-free too.

t's a bit late for me looking at current state of my home!

I think there is definitely a kernel of truth/sense in this. I think we see a bigger picture so it can be difficult to know where to start (or stop) with a 'complex/complete mess'
