Dyspraxic Adults

Hi my work ask me to do lots of nappies in one go and I feel so pressurised

I think we often have a lower threshold to reach point of overwhelm, especially when our anxiety begins to ratchet up.

Is there noone else on to do some of this work?

Hi the key workers asked me to and I felt so pressurised and rushed it was horrible I got so upset secretly .I'm so worried it will happen again

Remember you have have only two hands and can only do one at a time.

Also please be mindful to make siure you're not being more impatient with yourself than anyone else.
