My hands and legs are keep shaking it is because of my dyspraxia. And how can I can able to get assessed.

Shaking arms and legs is likely more than Dyspraxia. Please see/speak to a doctor at the earliest opportunity to absolutely rule out the small potential for more ominous and/or life limiting causes.
