recently diagnosed with Dysprixia
My name is Caasho and I am 24 years old. I am a student nurse. I have been diagnosed with dyslexia and dyspraxia in November 2019. I struggled most of my life but I did not know why. I am happy finally to know why. when all friends wore trainers I used to avoid it because I could not do the laces. I used to depressed because my friends had beauty handwriting where me, writing caused me so pain physical. I used to feel ashamed of my handwriting. finally, I was told due to dyspraxia I was so relieved.

Hi Caasho and welcome to the site
We seem to get quite a few people who enter healthcare, caring or teaching. Since getting diagnosed are you getting better support and learning coping strategies that work for you?

When you can - go to the Job Centre and ask about Access To Work - They will arrange for an assessment and give you advice an maybe set you up with a laptop and some specialist software to help you in your day to day work

Re: recently diagnosed with Dysprixia
I'm so glad you finally have a diagnosis! It sounds like you've been through a lot. I can't imagine how frustrating it must be to struggle with something you can't even explain. But now that you know what it is, you can start working on ways to manage it. I don't know if it will make a difference, but I heard that there are some physical procedures (adriameduae.com) that might help you improve your handwriting. I'm sure you'll also find ways to manage your dyslexia and dyspraxia. And don't worry, you're not alone. There are lots of people out there who understand what you're going through.
