New to group
Hi everyone I have recently found out years ago I was diagnosed with dyspraxia and noone never ever told me . I only found out via my pip reports as they have access to information and records but It makes sense of everything I struggle with.
Re: New to group
Hi Louise and firstly welcome to our Forum. I think you're the first person I've encountered who has learned as a result of the info compiled for their PIP.
Mine was 'diagnosed' as part of efforts to get be a Statement of Special Educational Need when I was 13/14. I don't think it was ever explained to me at the time, and if it was, I wasn't listening! I spent the next 20 years beating myself up for being rubbish at stuff
Aside from this site, it's well worth checking out www.dyspraxialifemagazine.co.uk
