My partner and I have been together 4 years and tell each other near enough everything, I found out last week that I was diagnosed dyspraxic at the tender age of 12. I already have a list of medical conditions as long as your arm and this is messing with my brain in a big way.
I dont want clive to think "Oh god, not another problem" so im contemplating not telling him at all.
Any advice would be greatfully received.

If your partner loves you and already excepts the other medical conditions. I would tell them about your dyspraxia. It will give you another person to talk to about it....
Personally if my partner did not tell me something like that I would be hurt and offended... I would want to know, so that I could help...

I would tell him
my boyf was great with all my diagnosises, and I think he appriciated having an explaination for my sometimes erratic behaviour

I'd be inclined to agree. Honesty in any relationship is best.

yes, I agree as well, just find the right moment, and if you only just found out about it, then tell him.
you should be as honnest as you can in a relationship, because if he doesn't find out, then it is still going to eat away at you.

Well i told him and the cleaned up short version of events afterwards are as follows:
He put his arms round me called me a silly sod for being scared to tell him... he then kissed me and you can guess the rest! lol
