Hi all,

I have dyspraxia, aspergers traits (borderline asperger syndrome).

I get anxious in stressful situations.

Sometimes I feel I do not handle certain situations as well as I could.

It's natural to feel stressed by certain things and easy to look back and beat yourself up for instances where you feel as though you handled things badly, panicked, shouted or broke stuff and stormed off which can make you feel very angry and ashamed.
Instead try to think about what you did well and how you can store that strategy to employ it again .

I am wondering if there is anything that is particlarly troublesome - right now, that led to the opening post - maybe if you say a little more others will have useful experience to share.

Asking for help is one of the things I am not good at.
