Hello my name is Kayleigh, I got diagnosed with dyspraxia at the age of 8 I'm now 28 so it's not a new thing to me. It's just something i always remember having and dealing with and no one ever really explained it to me beyond the co-ordination thing - I had physio and thats what the emphasis was always on. My eldest child is showing signs of it and it's only since i've started looking into symptoms more in relation to him that i've realised just how much it does affect me.

I find not many people seem to understand. I just thought it would be nice to speak to some people who do. :)

I'm also 28 but only recently realized I may have dyspraxia (I live in the US and had never heard of it, I'm working on a diagnosis). I've always known I have poor coordination, poor spatial awareness, sensitive to noises, get lost easily, and have excellent long term memory. I never had any idea that all of these ways I've described myself were related! Welcome!
